Terms of Sale

Goods
Border Frames warrants that all goods promoted for sale on this website are of satisfactory quality and meet any description of them on this website. In all other respects and to the maximum extent permissible, Border Frames makes no other warranties or promises about the goods and any implied warranties are excluded.

Returns
A restocking charge will be made for items ordered in error.

Small Order Charge
Our minimum order value is £35 (excluding VAT). Orders under this value will uncur a £5 small order charge. Orders placed via our website will not incur this small order charge.

Carriage
Orders of not less than £120 (excluding VAT) despatched to Mainland UK excl Highlands are carriage paid. Orders under this amount are subject to a packing and carriage charge of £10.50 (excluding VAT). Orders to Northern Ireland of not less than £150 (excluding VAT) will be carriage paid. Orders under this amount will incur a £12.00 (excluding VAT) carriage charge. Orders to Scottish Highlands of not less than £200 (excluding VAT) will be carriage paid. Orders under this amount will incur a £15.00 (excluding VAT) carriage charge. For the Channel Islands and other offshore despatches orders must be £350 (excluding VAT) for carriage paid. Orders under this amount will incur a £30 (excluding VAT) carriage charge.

A next day carriage service is available from £12.50 (excluding VAT) for a one case order. Large overnight orders will be charged above this. Please speak to one of the sales team if this service is required.

Complaints Procedure
Should you wish to make a complaint please do so by contacting us at info@borderframes.com. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days and we will keep you informed throughout the process. All correspondence will remain entirely confidential. You can also call us on + 44 (0)1387 810455 between 8:30am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am-1:30pm on Fridays. Calls are charged at the standard rates.

Web Reproduction
Whilst every effort as been made to accurately reproduce the colours of mouldings, variation in both user settings and monitors may cause fluctuation under some circumstances for which Border Frames cannot be held responsible.

Amendments
Border Frames reserve the right to alter without notice or prior warning, products, prices and conditions of sale.

Payment Methods
Payment can be made either by a valid VISA, Mastercard, Switch

Taxation and Import Duties
The recipient will be responsible for all import duties and local taxes. EU customers are required to submit a VAT number.
