Shadow Frames

Shadow frames are another striking innovation from Border. Mounted photographs are positioned on foam spacers creating the shadow effect within the inside of the frame. The foam spacers are supplied loose allowing you to create any layout you wish. The inside of the frame is fully lined with mountboard. The depth of the moulding creates a space in front of the mounted photograph behind the glass enhancing the overall effect.

We recommend you use No Nails glue to attach your mounted photograph to the foam board spacers and the internal mountboard backing. We can supply No Nails or it can be bought from any DIY store. No Nails requires 24 hours under a weight to form a strong bond.

To order a frame, tell us the frame number e.g. M901, and the size e.g. 21x18. Shadow frames are designated SH.
